Reagan Growth Partners helps marketing and communications leaders — from startups to flagship universities — navigate the AI-era transition without losing their brand identity or their audience. Founded by Emily Reagan, a 3X CMO with 20+ years building brands and growth engines, the firm pairs senior CMO experience with hands-on AI operationalization — a combination still rare among advisors, because most haven't done the work themselves.
Emily Reagan stands out for driving revenue and customer growth while building and elevating brands. An accessible, transparent partner, she helps marketing and communications leaders scale brand-building, integrated marketing, strategic communications, and customer engagement by deploying AI-adoption and enablement strategies across the organization.
Throughout her career, Emily has been a pioneering leader, learner, and builder for organizations navigating technological or marketplace transformation. As a strategy consultant for Viant — one of the first agency startups of the dot-com world — she helped Sony Pictures develop their first digital movie download service. At RadioShack, she built its private-label health and wellness brand, LifeWise, and advanced the digital music category based on newly launched iPods and SIRIUS Satellite Radio. While at The University of Texas, she led communications strategy for the move to the Southeastern Conference, and as AI began gaining traction, she launched AI-based campaign capabilities at Veryon.
As a brand leader, Emily has built brands from scratch and refined existing ones. At Veryon, she developed Veryon AIRE, the brand for the company's AI platform, including the identity and positioning, as well as a global launch across paid, earned, owned, and event channels. As the inaugural CMO at UT, she refreshed the university's brand narrative with national TV and outdoor campaigns and established the institution's first sustained research and insights capability, after first building this function for the university's McCombs School of Business.
Emily has also been consistently instrumental in fueling growth. At UT, her efforts contributed to 10% annual application growth and $46M in philanthropic gifts through lead generation efforts. At Bazaarvoice, she built the demand generation function from the ground up, with her team consistently sourcing over 30% of pipeline. At Veryon, a shift from product-led to industry-led targeting and messaging drove 12% growth in qualified leads and more than a third of pipeline.
Today, Emily builds and operates in AI tools daily — designing skills, agents, and brand systems for her own practice. That hands-on experience grounds every engagement: the advice she offers is shaped by the work she's doing herself.
Engagements are scoped to your moment — from a focused audit or sprint to multi-quarter program design. Below are samples of the work we could do together.
Wherever you are on the AI maturity curve, I would love to help you plan what's needed and what's next, both for your organization and your brand.
